1. Who We Are

krucbl (crucbl.com) is an AI-assisted idea analysis tool operated by Michael Pearson-Adams. krucbl is not a law firm, accounting firm, consultancy, or licensed professional service.

2. What krucbl Does

krucbl generates structured analysis reports based on text you submit. Reports are produced using AI models and, where applicable, live web search. Reports are informational only.

3. Nature of the Service — No Reliance

You will not treat any krucbl output as authoritative guidance. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or outdated information, even when the report appears confident and well-structured.

Do not rely on a krucbl report — including any Pressure, Action Forge item, competitive claim, or suggestion — for making business decisions, pivots, pricing, positioning, legal strategy, HR decisions, compliance filings, or any other material choice. Always consult qualified, licensed professionals in your relevant jurisdiction before acting.

4. Not Professional Advice

Nothing in a krucbl report constitutes legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice. Where a report discusses risk, competitive positioning, or potential issues, this is offered as illustrative analysis only and is not a determination of legal compliance, liability, or fact.

5. Accounts and Payment

Reports are purchased on a pay-per-report basis. Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe; krucbl does not store your card details.

6. Sharing Reports

If you generate a share link for a report, you are responsible for who you share it with and the context in which it's shared. You agree not to share a report in a way that could mislead or harm a third party without proper context. Shared reports are accessible via an unguessable link and are not indexed by search engines, but are not password-protected unless you use the private share feature.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, krucbl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim, or AUD $100 if the report was free. krucbl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify krucbl and its operator against claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, your reliance on a report, or your sharing of a report with others.

9. Intellectual Property

The Fourteen framework, report structure, and krucbl's analysis methodology are proprietary. Your submitted input and the resulting report content are yours to use and share. You may not resell, scrape, or systematically extract krucbl's underlying framework or prompts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of krucbl after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
