  • Account information — email address and authentication data, handled via Clerk
  • Report inputs — the text you submit for analysis
  • Report outputs — the analysis generated for you
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; krucbl does not store card numbers
  • Usage data — basic product analytics (page views, report completion, errors) used to improve the service

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Generate your report
  • Process payment
  • Send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, report-ready notifications) via Resend
  • Improve krucbl's reliability and output quality

3. AI Training

We do not use your submitted ideas or report content to train AI models without your explicit consent. Your input is sent to Anthropic's and OpenAI's APIs solely to generate your report, under their respective API data-handling terms, not their consumer product terms.

4. Third-Party Processors

krucbl uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Clerk — authentication
  • Neon — database hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email
  • Anthropic / OpenAI — AI report generation
  • Vercel — hosting

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

5. Sharing Reports

If you enable a public or private share link for a report, anyone with that link can view the report. krucbl does not control what happens to a report once it has been shared outside the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and report history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR for EU users), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure third-party infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date.
