Refund Policy

The Short Version
Reports are digital goods generated specifically for you, on demand, using paid AI and web search resources. Because of this, refunds are limited — but we're reasonable about genuine failures.
When You're Entitled to a Refund
- The report failed to generate. If your report stays stuck in a failed or incomplete state and a retry doesn't resolve it, you're entitled to a full refund.
- You were charged but received nothing. If a payment goes through and no report or credit appears on your account, contact us for a full refund.
When Refunds Are Not Provided
- You've read the report and changed your mind about the idea, the report, or your business
- You disagree with the analysis or find it too harsh — this is the product working as intended, not a fault
- You submitted vague or incomplete input and received a more general report as a result
- The Competitive Intelligence Update ($19) ran successfully but found no material changes since your last report
Update Reports
The $19 Competitive Intelligence Update is charged for running the update, not for finding new information. If the market hasn't changed since your last report, the update will reflect that — this is a legitimate result, not a failed one, and is not eligible for refund on that basis alone.
